All fields must be filled in. Your e-mail address will not be displayed on your listing.
Filling out this form -
Author: Author's Pen name.
Title: Title of author's book.
ISBN: 10 didget number found on the bar code of your book. Numbers only, no - in between.
Genre: Select a genre from our author page headings. If your title is an e-book, please state this also.
Paperback: Insert whether your donation is a paperback book - yes or no.
e-book: Attach a small to medium e-book cover image in jpg format
Website: The website address you provide must relate to you. If you do not have a personal website, use your myspace, bebo, facebook etc account. Please include http://www.
E-mail: An e-mail address for SFA to contact you.
Once you are listed, we trust that you will then send your book to one of our beneficiaries.

No discrimination policy
SFA accepts traditionally and self-published titles. Listings are placed up as SFA receives them and will not be reorganised, no matter your status, e.g. bestseller, celebrity or generosity.
